We’re looking for a Manager, Products & Support, one who can act as a PM and a BA, this exciting hybrid role will work closely with the VP, Products & Support. What we need to see from the right candidate:

Responsibilities:

 

·           Ensure all deliverables have been reviewed and measured against defined business and technical requirements

·           Provide a communication channel between management, business domain experts and development teams, ensuring that business problems are well    defined and documented

·           Interpret, translate and document business domain knowledge

·           Gather & build applicable business domain knowledge (understanding of terminology, general industry knowledge)

·           Understand client specs and assist with testing

·           Understand and identify domain problems or scenarios

·           Produce concise, well-written documentation for functional specifications or domain definitions

·           Act as team liaison for development and VP, Products & Support

·           Understand and work towards tight timelines, with clear and concise communication to all areas

 

Requirements:

·           3+ years in a Project Management/Business Analyst role

·           Degree in business or computer science

·           Strong understanding of the software development life cycle

·           Experience working with developers

·           Understanding of QA and its role in software

·           Excellent communication skills, oral and written

·           Outstanding client service skills

·           Minimum 1 year experience as a team lead in a similar environment
