As Client Support Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to work directly with our clients to provide them with the newest solutions and services available. You will work with our sales and development team to bring our clients incredible breakthroughs in automation and productivity.

We are looking for a person who is dynamic, engaging, hard working, reliable and able to provide first class customer service and training to the architectural and construction markets. This person is organized and a great communicator who loves to jump in and solve tough problems while maintaining and continuing to build strong relationship with our clients.

 

Major duties and responsibilities

·           Work with clients to trouble shoot and resolve problems.

·           Provide exceptional client support by phone, live chat and email.

·           Train clients on our applications, by telephone and various web tools.

·           Special projects as directed by our Client Support Manager.

 

Experience and skills in the following areas are required

·           Team player with a strong client focus.

·           Strong computer and software skills

·           Excellent communication skills, oral and written.

·           Proficiency in Word, Excel and Web Browser is essential.

 

Beneficial

·           Knowledge of Web based computer solutions.

·           Bilingual – written and oral – English/Spanish.

·           Technical degree or similar.

·           Knowledge with WebEx or other online web meeting tools.

·           Experience with Computer Aided Design and Autocad.
