The project manager role will be a customer facing project lead for large OEM Customer projects.
This is a position with critical project milestones that need to be budgeted with appropriate resources and milestone achievements.
Each project manager will interact with executive sponsor to plan scope and schedule for successful project completion and frequent communication.
Responsibilities:

Identify, track, manage, and resolve project issues
·
Proactively disseminate project information to all stakeholders
·
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risk
·
Ensure the solution is of acceptable quality
·
Proactively manage scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management
·
Define and collect metrics to determine how the project is progressing and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable
·
Manage the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
·
Set reasonable, challenging and clear expectations and provide performance feedback to team members
Experience:
·
5 years technical project management experience
·
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent
·
Must have competent written & verbal communication skills in both Mandarin & English
·
Must have the discipline and general management skills to ensure standard processes and procedures are followed
·
Established leadership and team building skills are required
·
Proactive verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills
