The Solutions by Design Division builds and supports custom applications for enterprise organizations.

We’re looking for a Joint Venture Accountant/Customer Support, one who has experience in joint venture accounting coupled with fantastic customer service skills.
What we need to see from the right candidate:

5+ years of experience in working with Oil & Gas Accounting software and have proven expertise in understanding and analyzing joint venture accounting data, along with great analytical skills.

Customer support representative who exhibits a positive work ethic.
·
A talent for problem solving; and an ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment.
·
CAPPA designation an asset.
Responsibilities:
·
Frontline contact in our business support team.
·
Provide technical assistance to our clientele using our software.
·
Coach them on best practices for successful useage of our various oil and gas software packages.
·
Work closely with a team of top business and technical experts.
