Jennifer Aubin

Jennifer has a diverse background that comprises technology, financial, advertising, marketing, and sport; with over 10 years of experience in project management, recruiting, sales and marketing.

As a recruiting specialist, Jennifer represents our clients’ talent needs to the outside world, drawing on potential recruits across Alberta, Canada, US and Europe. Jennifer has successfully assisted many companies in their search for the right candidate and has recruited hundreds of employees for the emerging technology market.

Prior to starting Techbent, Jennifer worked with Material Insight as a Consultant. While at Stormworks, Ionxphere, the Olympic Oval, and Kids Photo, she was the first point of contact for client account needs. Additionally, she held an Executive position with the Olympic Oval Organizing Committee.

Dallas Penner

Dallas has a diverse background in  business analysis, product management and project management with over 14 years of experience in project and product delivery, including senior management roles. His industries of experience include software, online applications, oil and gas, and online financial services.  Dallas has extensive experience building teams and hiring talent especially in high growth situations.

Prior to working with Techbent, Dallas has held various positions as an employee and contractor at the City of Calgary, Transcanada, Telus, Optimal Payments / NETELLER, Deloitte Consulting, and Dun & Bradstreet.  Dallas is Pragmatic Marketing Certified and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Calgary.

Alison Bell

Alison has spent the majority of her career in HR in Calgary’s emerging tech sector.

With an educational background in Communications and Human Resources, Alison has 7+ years experience in recruiting, employee engagement and communications, policy and procedure documentation and implementation, performance management and human resource administration.

In addition to 3+ years of technical recruiting with Techbent, Alison has held various positions with Kudos Inc., Poynt Corporation, Calgary Stampede and the Calgary Chamber of Commerce.
